Martial Arts regularly offers a free women's self
defense class. These classes are designed to teach
To "Verbally Diffuse" an Aggressor
How to "Stay On Your Feet"
How "Not To Get Hit"
to be a "Fighting Terror" and escape
Taylor has been teaching these classes for over
7 years as a community service. Teens ages 13
and up are welcome to come. Each woman works at
her own pace and level. There is a separate program
available for younger girls and boys.

valuable information about staying safe. Women
will get hands-on practical training as well as
learn to use verbal skills, stance and distance
to stay safe. Bring every woman you know and help
them to be safe. Class is open to women and teens
13 years old and up.
SELF DEFENSE & FITNESS CLASS:
Ask about our new women's only class - for
women taught by women! Mondays and Wednesdays
at 5:00; new students please come at 4:30
to complete paperwork. Wear comfortable clothing
- you can train in shoes (must be clean and
